You did not fulfill my order 16 days ago, as you state, it only came four days ago.
I emailed to advise that there were no instructions as to how to use the hair oil or the hair wrap. However, noone has had the curtesy to respond. It doesn’t even say on your website how to use the oil. I ordered it as part of a bundle.
