If your January resolutions are still alive, even barely, that's worth something. And if they've slipped a little, that's fine too. The thing about a routine is it doesn't care what date you started it.
Every year the message is the same: new year, new you, total reinvention. And every year, most people quietly abandon their goals before February. Not because they didn't mean it, but because they tried to change too much at once. The goal posts moved before they'd had a chance to find their footing.
Viva La Resolution is our answer to that. Not a rallying cry for dramatic change, more of a gentle reminder that the resolutions worth keeping are the ones that fit into your actual life.
The problem with starting big
A 12-step routine in January sounds great until it's a Wednesday and you're tired and running late. Then it becomes a thing you feel bad about skipping, and then a thing you've stopped doing altogether.
Hair growth is especially tricky here. Results come slowly, over weeks and months, not days. So if you go in expecting a dramatic shift early on and don't see one, it's easy to assume it's not working and give up before it's had a real chance. The supplement is doing its job. The hard part is just staying consistent long enough to see it.
Your starter kit is already sorted
If you picked up one of our gift sets over Christmas, or got one as a gift, you're already set up. Everything you need to build a proper hair and skin routine is already in your hands. No new shopping trip, no complicated system to learn. It's a starter kit. Just open it and begin.
______
For your hair
Grow it
One capsule a day to support stronger, thicker hair from within. That's the whole thing. No fuss, no complicated add-ons, just do it daily and let it work.
______
For your skin
Glow it
Daily skin nourishment that works from the inside out. Take it alongside Grow it and the two do more together than either does alone.
Five ways to actually make it stick
None of these require discipline or motivation. They just require a small amount of thought upfront.
- 01Attach it to something you already do. Morning coffee. Brushing your teeth. First glass of water. Pick one thing that already happens without thinking, and put your supplements right next to it. The habit borrows momentum from the one that's already there.
- 02Put them somewhere obvious. On the counter. Next to the kettle. Wherever your eye lands first thing in the morning. If they're tucked in a drawer, they'll stay there.
- 03Shrink the goal down. "Better hair by spring" is too vague and too far away. "Take these every morning this week" is something you can actually tick off. Small goals stack up. Vague ones just hover.
- 04Give it 90 days before you judge it. Hair growth supplements work on a longer timeline than most people expect. The change is happening even when you can't see it yet. Stick with it past the point where it starts to feel boring — that's usually when things actually shift.
- 05A missed day isn't a failed resolution. One gap in the routine doesn't undo anything. Just pick it back up tomorrow. The only way this stops working is if you decide it has.
