I honestly never leave reviews but I felt like I had to for this. I’ve been taking these for nearly six months now and I genuinely can’t believe the difference in my hair. I’ve always been someone who tries all the supplements, serums and “miracle” products, hoping something will work but nothing ever really did.
These are different. I have so much new growth and people keep stopping me to ask what I’ve been doing because my hair has grown so much. Even my friends and family have noticed the difference.
I’m honestly blown away by the results and wish I’d started them sooner. If you’re on the fence about trying them, this is your sign. They’ve given me so much more confidence in my hair and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Found this excellent my skin has a natural glow to it now and I look much healthier the drained look is gone from my face. My hair is a lot healthier too . I have very Britten nails after years of biting so I think it will take alot longer to transform them . Overall I am delighted with the results and will keep using this product.

What I like most is that the ingredients are natural and gentle on the stomach. The capsules are easy to take and fit well into my daily routine. I also noticed a boost in my energy levels and less brain fog, which has made a big difference at work and at home.
I’ve been using Grow it Meno for the past two months and I’ve noticed lots of changes with my hair shedding.
I used to dread taking showers because I knew I would end up with a big clump of hair at the end of my shower. I used to get so depressed every time I brushed my hair as I lost so much hair that I’d have to do a quick vacuum afterwards.
After one month of taking Meno I noticed I wasn’t losing as much hair in the shower or when I brushed. I was generally feeling a lot happier and able to control my moods better. By the second month my days were getting easier. My periods were getting lighter and my tolerance levels were improving. And I was sleeping!!! I felt like a different person.
My hair is now so much thicker. I feel my shedding has returned to normal levels. Overall I am delighted with this product and I would definitely recommend it to anyone, not only going through peri or menopause but also someone who’s looking to regulate their hormone imbalances and curb their excessive hair shedding. I’ve used Grow it before, but I’ve never had as an amazing result with this one with regard to both my hair and my overall wellbeing.

I got the green supplement organiser and took it on my trip to Iceland. It's a great size to fit a week's worth of tablets in it plus extra in the lid section. It was so handy not to have to lug the whole bottle with and just pop them into my organiser. Fab design too and it comes with a little pick to help you open the compartments so if you have long nails they won't be ruined trying to open it.
This is an incredibly effective product. I bought Grow It for my teenage daughter who was experiencing distressing hair loss. Very soon her hair stopped falling out in the shower and new tufts of hair started to grow. It gave her great reassurance and her overall confidence returned. I also gifted the product to my sister in her 50s who had developed an upsetting bald patch in her hair. Again, she has sent me photos and an excited message about her new hair growth.

I started taking the capsules in December 2024 and was going to give it 6 months to see if it would make any difference following Alopecia Totallis when I lost all of my hair in September 2023. I am now thrilled to say that my hair has grown back to such an extent that I have abandoned wearing my wig.
